  • ACCIONA will be present at the 2nd Sustainable Brands Barcelona conference, which will focus on the ways in which companies can incorporate sustainability into their positioning strategies

ACCIONA is to take part in the 2nd Sustainable Brands conference to be held in Barcelona from 22 to 24 May, which will analyze new challenges for sustainable companies. In his presentation ‘How to go from marketing to mattering now: Redefining marketing and brand value’, Pío Cabanillas, ACCIONA’s Chief Global Brand and Marketing Officer, will explain the way sustainability has to be communicated in a digitized society.

The role of brands in society, and the search for a purpose beyond purely financial aims, has become one of the central themes in the world of corporate communications and business. Under the concept “How Now” (to apply sustainability), and with the participation of over 40 national and international experts, Sustainable Brands® Barcelona returns for a second year to become the place for networking and dialogue for brands, governments and people.

The event will be able to be followed live via our Periscope channel and Twitter using the hashtag #SB16bcn
