Reasons that candidates applied for other jobs were found to be better pay and benefits (43%) and greater opportunities to progress (30%).

The study, “Spain’s Most Attractive Employers”, carried out by employer branding consultants Universum between October 2015 and April 2016, collected opinions from around 4,000 young people who had just entered the jobs market. View the company ranking and Universum study here.
