Radio y Televisión Española (RTVE) has chosen ACCIONA to provide end-to-end maintenance of the electrical and mechanical installations at all its facilities in the Madrid Autonomous Region. The two-year contract, with a possible two-year extension, is worth €7.7 million in total.

The facilities where ACCIONA will deliver maintenance services include the Prado del Rey and Torrespaña studios, Instituto RTVE, Teatro Monumental, and the broadcast centres in Arganda del Rey, Las Rozas and Majadahonda, all of which are critical to RTVE's production and broadcasting activities. Accordingly, ACCIONA has designed a procedure that is specifically tailored to the audiovisual production and broadcast industry using the ONE Lean Productivity methodology for process improvement, which makes it possible to optimise tasks and minimise interactions with the activities being conducted on site.

ACCIONA has assigned a team of 40 highly specialised professionals to this contract, backed by the ACCIONA Service innovation and continuous improvement team.
