ACCIONA Service has been awarded a 7.3-million-euro contract to clean the stations and head offices of the Catalan rail network (FGC) for three years.

FGC has entrusted ACCIONA Service with the cleaning services for the stations, offices and other installations on the passenger lines between Barcelona-Vallès and Llobregat-Anoia. ACCIONA will also undertake the cleaning and maintenance of the company’s head offices and its Operations Center at Rubí (COR), where the network’s Integrated Control Center (CCI) and maintenance base (workshop and warehouse) are located.

This contract consolidates ACCIONA Service’s leadership in the auxiliary services sector of the rail transport sector. The company also has other major clients such as RENFE, ADIF and Talgo.
