Framework Agreement for Energy Services in the Facilities of the Madrid Town Hall and its Autonomous Bodies to improve the energy efficiency of 400 municipal buildings
Since 2017, ACCIONA has provided energy services for 400 municipal buildings of the Madrid Town Hall through the creation of a Municipal Energy Management System, the first of this scale undertaken in Spain. It allows for real-time monitoring and analysis of energy consumption to correct inefficiencies and detect opportunities, thereby saving costs and reducing CO2 emissions.
Thanks to ACCIONA's Digital Energy Services Control Centre, information is analysed and immediately responds to alarms for abnormal consumption, thus improving operational performance and detecting inefficient consumption patterns.
