Job Description
Mission:
Ensure the reliability, availability, and extended lifespan of electrical systems in wind turbines and power plants through safe and efficient operation, the implementation of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, timely fault management, continuous process improvement, and the integration of new technologies, while ensuring compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards, with the purpose of optimizing energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the O&M cost budget for ACCIONA Energía’s assets.
- Monitor budget compliance, prepare reports, and justify deviations.
- Implement action plans to ensure budget compliance.
- Design and define dashboards and tools for cost budget monitoring.
- Define procedures and processes to ensure cost budget compliance.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Education required : Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or any technical / engineering field.
- Nice to have - specific training on renewable energies.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in similar functions and responsabilities as cost controller for technical maintainance areas in RREE.
- Competency based profile: communication, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, organization.
- Technical IT recommended Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and programming with Visual Basic.
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Qlik Sense.
- Experience with databases.
- Knowledge of Economics/Finance and SAP will be valued
- Languages: English advance level
