ACCIONA Ebitda rises 16.1 per cent to 1.211 billion euros in 2010

ACCIONA sells 15% stake in ACCIONA Termosolar S.L. to Mitsubishi Corporation for 45.8 million euros

ACCIONA S.A. has sold a 15% stake in ACCIONA Termosolar S.L. to Mitsubishi Corporation. ACCIONA Termosolar S.L., a holding company of ACCIONA Energy, owns three CSP plants already in commercial operation and a fourth currently under construction. All four CSP plants are located in Spain and each has a generating capacity of 50 MW, combined to total 200 MW. In addition, the transaction includes a €300 million loan to ACCIONA Termosolar S.L. This significant transaction further enhances the two companies' already well established strategic alliance.
ACCIONA inaugurates the first electric vehicle charging network in the city of Pamplona (Spain)

The first charging network for electric vehicles in the streets of Pamplona was inaugurated today with the entry into service of five charging points strategically located around the city. ACCIONA, the leading company in the world in operational CSP following the entry into service of "Palma del Río II"

The company has reached 214 megawatts in operation in four plants, with a 17% share of the world market.
"Palma del Río II" represents an investment of 251 million euros and has created 350 jobs during its construction and 30 for its operation.
The company is building a twin plant nearby, which will enter service in summer 2011.
COMFERSA and ACCIONA will install an electric vehicle charging network in more than 60 railway station car parks in Spain

The companies signed an agreement today to install an "intelligent charging network".
The first charging points will be installed in car parks on the Madrid-Valencia AVE (high-speed train) line before the end of the year.
In 2011, ACCIONA will install two charging points in the more than 60 railway car parks managed by COMFERSA.
Mexico installs an ACCIONA wind turbine for the World Climate Summit in Cancun

Mexican President Felipe Calderón inaugurated the turbine yesterday. The 1.5 MW machine incorporates ACCIONA Windpower technology.
The wind turbine, owned by Mexican state-owned company CFE, will supply electricity to the city of Cancun.
Eleven Spanish companies join forces on the Azimut Project to develop a 15-MW offshore wind turbine using 100% Spanish technology
Date: 11/23/2010Gamesa is the project coordinator for Azimut. Offshore Wind Energy 2020, partnering with 10 other companies, of which Alstom Wind, ACCIONA Windpower, Iberdrola Renovables and ACCIONA Energía stand out, and 22 research centres.
The project, approved by the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), a unit of the Science and Innovation Ministry via the Cenit Programme, will require total investment of 25 million euros over four years.
