(a corporation wholly owned by ACCIONA) alleging that ACCIONA has made false and misleading statements in the information filed with the SEC in connection with its acquisition of a stake in Endesa, and requesting, among other things, that ACCIONA be compelled to modify the information filed with the SEC.
